Cainite Leader of The Cabal, Cainite is stronger, faster and more agile than an average human. He possesses advanced acrobatic skills and an aptitude for gadgetry. Cainite is also a "hemokinetic" with the ability to bleed at will from his left hand and mental form the blood into solid objects. Cainite formerly went by the codename "Acrobat". His real name is Ben Haines.

Dreamtime Dreamtime has the mystical ability to commune with an extra-dimensional reality called the Dreamtime or The Dreaming . She can communicate with entities within The Dreaming as well as enter and exit The Dreaming. By entering The Dreaming at one point and exiting at another it appears as instantaneous teleportation in this dimension. She can transport people as well as items through The Dreaming (she once took a city bus through the portal). Recently Dreamtime has lost contact with The Dreaming and has taken a leave of absence from The Cabal to discover why The Dreaming has forsaken her. Dreamtime's real name is unknown.

Reactor Born a pyrokinetic with the ability to summon and control fire, Reactor now has the ability to produce vast amounts of heat on an atomic level. He can also absorb and emit certain radiations as well as fly. Reactor formerly went by the codename "Fire Islander". His real name is Hiram Stein.

Red Angel Red Angel has the ability to house spirits within her body and physically manifest the appearance and powers of that spirit. She currently houses the spirit of the demoness Lilith which gives her red-scaled skin, bat-like wings, super human strength and the ability to emit a powerful demonic shriek. Red Angel formerly went by the codename Shaneequa Power. Her real name is Shaneequa Powell.

Rin K'Tengi Not an actual member of The Cabal, Rin is the ten year old son of Cainite and Red Angel. He was born with the ability to instantaneously teleport from one point to another. The maximum range of his teleportation is unknown, as is the maximum amount he can carry on a jump but it is known that he can take at least one passenger.

Reengineer Reengineer possesses a highly advanced engineering and mechanical aptitude, particularly with weapons and vehicles. She possesses the power of being able to "see" the schematic of any mechanical item and by mentally rearranging the schematic and physically reengineer the physical item. She has an artificial left arm, which she regularly reengineers into whatever form or item she needs from tools to weapons. She is also an accomplished pilot. Reengineer formerly went by the codename "Cobalt". Her real name is Yolanda Mendez.

Tangent Tangent can fly at speeds exceeding Mach 3 (1 020.87 m/s). By using this speed in short bursts he can actually appear to be two places at once, moving from one place to another before his after-image fades. He can also strike an opponent multiple times per second in combat. He has yet to meet anyone faster than he is, leading to the popular notion that he is the fastest person on the planet. Tangent breifly went by the codename "Slipstream". His real name is Jason Tabana.

Superion Superion is a telekinetic that is so vastly powerful that his mental power cannot be controlled consciously. Any direct attempt would result in a catastrophic release of uncontrollable psionic energy. To tap into his power Superion must access it subconsciously and use it to enhance what he thinks he can physically do. As a result, he appears to be a physical superman with the powers of flight, tremendous strength, invulnerability and optical lasers. In truth all these powers are telekinetic in origin. His full potential has yet to be discovered. Superion briefly went by the code name "Avatar". His real name is Jack Steel.

Thylacine More of an ally to The Cabal than an actual member, Thylacine possesses enhanced strength, speed and agility as well as hyper senses and an accelerated healing factor. He takes his name from the now extinct Thylacine. His real name is Michael Jeffrey.

Torpedo Ray Torpedo Ray possesses super strength, scaly blue skin and the ability to breath under water. She can swim at speeds in excess of 100 Knots (115.2 MPH).
